I just want to say that I'm very impressed with the amount of effort you put into your application. 
Just to clarify, does the Stealth Boy actually serve any other function other than providing stealth? Because if not, then you don't have to pay OM for it, since the method by which a character activates Stealth is just RP flavour.
Also, you might want to add ranges at which the Courier's various firearms are effective at.
