Going to get Debuff Proficiency = Cost 1000 OM to hopefully create this

Move:
Demonic Smoke (requires Debuff proficiency) Cost=300 OM
Dean spews a sulphuric smoke out of his mouth to surround one near by opponent, temporarily blinding them for a few second. Only useful in close quarter fights.
[Edit] Use of this would drain him of energy. The more he uses it the more tired he would get.

Future plans to upgrade this as I get more OM.

Does this just swirl around the opponent or is it an AOE effect

I would just swirl around one single opponent. Basically it would be fire and forget, surround the one opponent for a few seconds to basically give him time to either get away or regroup.

[edit] Basically I would have to be right next to the person, or if they were holding on to me to use it. Eventually when I can afford it I do want to make it AOE and get Area Attack to upgrade it but for now I just figured a debuff like this when I am in melee combat as something to help me get out of sticky situations.
