Colonel Wrote:Screen Divide -- 600 OM (Requires: Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency?)
Colonel applies a greater flow of energy to his saber, causing the blade to spark and glow brighter with the increased output. After charging for three seconds, he releases a slash which trails the extra energy from its charged state, producing a sizzling, crackling blade of power in the air trailing the slash, inflicting serious damage. The focused energy fades almost immediately, only lasting for slightly over one second, but doesn't inflict damage beyond its initial 'slash'. Alternatively, Colonel can 'project' this focused slash onto any point within line of sight up to ten meters away, causing the slash of energy to mimic his actual saber's slashing motion.
Screen Divide -V- -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged Proficiency)
A derivative of his standard Screen Divide, Colonel charges in exactly the same way, but only requires half the charging time, and gives away no visual indication of the attack being prepared. When ready, he can let fly a single slash, producing an 'arrow' of energy from his saber in the shape of a V, launched at a target like an arrow. It is not as powerful as a regular Screen Divide, but much faster, and can travel nearly 20 meters before its power is exhausted.
Neo Screen Divide -- Tier 1 Super Attack -- 600 OM -- (Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency?)
A much more powerful version of Screen Divide, Colonel first charges for approximately five seconds, building up an absolutely devastating charge in his blade, before releasing a slash of thundering force, carving a Z of devastating energy into the air. The force of the blow is such that it actually shakes the immediate vicinity, and may even crack and damage the ground under both Colonel and the targeted area of the slash.
Colonel Cannon -- 600 OM (Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency)
The Colonel Cannon is a massive weapon, which would seemingly be more at home on a tank than wielded by a soldier -- even a soldier program. As befitting its size, it is a heavy weapon, and as such Colonel does not actually carry it on his person, but rather summons it to hand when it is required. The summoning process takes roughly two seconds, and preparing it to fire and properly bracing himself for the recoil takes another two. Dismissing the cannon after firing takes less than a second, but recovering from its recoil takes almost another second on its own. Regardless, it only holds a single shell per summoning, before it must be dismissed and at least one minute must pass before it can be resummoned, ready to fire again. It has two firing modes available to it, both packing a serious punch:
Colonel Cannon: Impact fires a much heavier shell, intended to strike targets directly with tremendous force, with a smaller explosive charge but still sufficient to cause great damage. Intended to strike at heavily armored targets, or slower-moving foes, it often sends targets flying several meters when hit.
Colonel Cannon: Artillery features a shell with a large explosive payload, designed to be used against multiple targets, or against swifter foes. Upon impact, it releases a blast five meters wide of fire and concussive force, inflicting serious damage, but not as great as a direct hit.
Screen Divide- Does the second function come off of his blade or does it just appear where he "projects it"
Screen Divide V- Approved
Neo- I'm sorry but is the Z similar to the V but it's just more powerful? I'm a little lost on this one
Colonel Cannon- This move does seem strong but you seem to have a nice concept of balancing it.
