Come with me if you want to Live- Tier 1 Super move- Defensive

A ally or enemy can be summoned and John is pulled out of the way of the attacker as the ally or enemy takes on damage meant for John.

This one seems like it should work, but I think it'd require a bit of clarification. Is John creating (summoning) another individual to absorb an attack? Or does this require an ally or a random, non-Prime enemy to be hanging around?
