Personally i would go with the 1-1-4-4 setup aswell seeing as their accuracy is that of a computer and speed far beyond a normal human. Though i would put in a stat increase or 2 in att and everything else in spd and acc. As the character progresses. Movewise.....a single gun attack. Everything else will be hand to hand combat.
