Jhago can temporarily influence the abilities of others, stepping into them to enhance their fighting skills or shooting ability. This is like a psychic projection that allows him some control of their body, usually to beat down mooks or take a blow. This is entirely voluntary. Secondly, he can converse with others across the globe or whatever distance so long as there can be a mental connection. He will appear nearby in whatever state he is in at the time.

This would require much more than this, like Buff Proficiency and Telepathy.

This sounds to me like a sort of Mind Control or Possession?
