Character history: I will be taking Ruby from the end of Volume 2 of the show RWBY.

Starting Moves:

Crescent Rose - Scythe (Requires Physical Strength) -- 600 OM
The Crescent Rose is a High-Caliber Sniper-Scythe, which is a cross between a scythe and a high-caliber rifle. The scythe portion is primarily used at close range, and is incredibly sharp. If Ruby wants to add more power behind her swings, she can use the recoil from the rifle portion to propel herself towards her target, something she often does.

Crescent Rose - Rifle (Requires Ranged Proficiency) -- 300 OM
The second part of the Crescent Rose is the rifle portion. While in its Scythe Form, she can still fire the weapon, but it has its own Rifle Form to more effectively use this aspect of the weapon. It uses high caliber rounds, and can be fired at the rate and range of a standard sniper rifle, though it has very high recoil.
