Nealaphh would have to reassess her potentil usefulness if she was this susceptible to anxiety. Still, her abilities could potentially be worth the hassle, and Nealaphh would not gain anything by being hard-hearted in this situation. With a gentle, mental touch, the god-mind worked its way into Cat's psyche, pulling her back into consciousness. As her eyes fluttered open, she immediately resumed cowering, and the blue shield raised as if it was an automatic response. Well...perhaps it was. Regardless, Nealaphh kept a hold on the girl's racing psyche, using its telepathic abilities to prevent her fear response from overpowering her logic centers yet again. Cat sat with a dazed look on her face, and Nealaphh was vaguely aware that Demetri was staring intently at all of this.
