I'm not sure if you have passed this through with other Staff Members but every "Event" would need to be cleared through a Staff Member. (Also it cannot be canon and NOT take someone away from their storyline)

No one ever said that it would take people away from their storyline, and I'll wait for an admin to decide whether or not it can be canon. I apologize but I don't see the difference between it being canon and it being non-canon, everything would happen exactly the same.

There's huge incentive for it to be canon, though. You get omnilium out of it and it "matters," so to speak. It's IC; it's part of your character's progression, etc.
