Well, I'm not a mod so I can't do anything about getting you accepted, but I can tell you that the mods/ admins are very busy, with the site and their own personal life. Sometimes it takes a while for someone to get to joining forms.
Just because it hasn't been addressed yet doesn't mean the character is not acceptable (Supernatural is amazing!) it just means no one's gotten to it yet
any character is acceptable here. But I can say that your move may need a little bit more detail (as in the size of the blade, you could also add a link to an image of the first blade)
