Yeah there are Primes who help summon basic materials. But as mentioned in AtW, it's more efficient omnilium-wise to do it the old-fashioned way. So there's probably communities out there in Camelot with sheep (summoned with omnilium, or caught from the wild) who shear them for wool. People who actually mine stuff from the environment, etc. There WAS stuff before people arrived.
