Um, yeah, it's all there in what Nanoha quoted. Omnilium has a physical form. Think of it like Zelda's triforce. It can exist, out in the world, or as a glow on the back of your hand. It's what EVERYONE uses as a main form of currency. Like anywhere else, you can try bartering with other stuff, but most people are gonna be like "You're weird. Stop being weird and trying to pay me with parsnips."
