Image Manipulation

[Proto Man]

I was wondering if someone with Photostop or other image skills would lend the Proto a hand.

I'd like to take the body of Mega Man + Rush Adapter and replace the head with that of Proto Man. I dunno if it's possible to do this and have it look nice or not, but I'd appreciate any assistance from people who are better at manipulating images than I am.
