I meant it's always been a rule, mainly because makes it tough to read for colourblind people, not to mention the people who have to read it for judging, but we've been lax on it, especially when it's not too bad.

Now we have to be hard on it, because it affects OM gain.

As for the questions: chill for now. Just post without colouring everything and adding in pictures and links and things and you'll be fine.
