The second attack would take a window of atleast around three to five seconds for the buildup before he attacks with the fireballs. In short, if you really think about it, if Ludwig fires out one of his fireballs at a shorten time individually, it would be atleast a second or two. As for the third one, it would be about two to three seconds to charging up before he sends it over.
Hopefully that would clear up what I missed unless I'm missing something else. If I am, inform me on the next post because I would want to make this as nice and neat as possible. (Yeah, that perfectionism complex gets to me easily.) :oops:
