Hi there Welcome to the Omniverse!
First off, I assume that your character was taken to the Omniverse at the end of your Character biography, if that's the case then your fine.
For your moves I'd like just a general time reference to how long they take to charge and ETC. Also for your first move we don't do "Boost Stats" unless it's a Powered-Up Form so you'd have to rephrase that. Your second move can just say that he would be vulnerable in this attack but there would be no loss in defense.
