Character history: What can I say? Being born to a family that works side by side with my fathers adversary proves to be an interesting motive. I have learned the very trade that has granted my privileged lifestyle some meaning and yet I was always looking for more. It was during my final years I saw my home, a planetary ring that rested upon the orbit of Terra, destroyed by enemy forces who then forced my surrender and made me watch as not only my home was obliterated by the ship I had at my command as well.
It was in my new life away from it all that I stood on the very edge of success. Once again I was on the bridge of yet another ship, The Frost Rifter, a fated vessel doomed to be destroyed by an unknown cause. A spacial distortion of all things ripped the hull to smithereens and it was then that I knew terror. I watched my fellow comrades in arms get ripped to peaces by the distortion that pulled our ship into Limbo but I decided what fate would have in store for me. Quickly I decided to alter the fabric of time and space using my arcane training but I did not awake in the plane I so desired. So now let me ask you something? Do you think I will go quietly into the night?
Physical Description: Standing at 6'2" with 215 pounds of lean muscle Douglas is nothing more than a blue eyed red headed man. He is a man of refined tastes and only wears the best suits

Starting Proficiencies: Ranged Proficiency – 1000 OM, Area Shield Proficiency – 400 OM,
Starting Powers:Time Manipulation – 1800 OM,
Starting Moves: Circle Magic 300(Ranged Proficiency – 1000 OM)- Douglas traces a circle in the air or on any surface to set the spell in motion taking half a second for it to activate. once the spell if fully prepped a single beam of destructive arcane energy that is exactly 3 feet in diameter. In order to cast this spell Douglas needs not be stationary though doing so helps his accuracy.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
(I had a friend go over my info for me but I am still needing some feedback. Also I would like to know would I need to create a move for my shield capabilities? I think I do but feel kinda silly for asking.)
