Harry walked into the room with the viewing screens, looking around. A handful of people were still here, several of them in Syntex uniforms, sweeping and mopping and otherwise cleaning the place up and getting ready to close shop. The wizard got there just in time to see Mickey tie a fragment of cloth, seemingly from Erza's clothing, to the sword that Samus had given him, sending it off down the creek. The wizard shook slightly. They'd killed Erza too, then. Hopefully, she'd wake up fine as well. Maybe he'd see her in this lobby. Hopefully, it would be the obvious place to go in order to meet up. He looked around, trying to spot someone he knew and failing. He did, however, spot a Pepsi machine.
The wizard walked over to it, searching his pockets on instinct. To nobody's surprise, he utterly failed to produce the 75 cents that a can of Pepsi would cost, but really, who could blame him? After all the shit he'd been through, he was bound to lose a couple things, like pocket change. I mean, he'd fought a pair of drakes, tracked down a rogue necromancer, recreated the Hidden Halls of Edinburgh (which tunnels had been known to eat his wallet on occasion anyway), traveled to Coruscant, found a lost kid, lost said lost kid, found one of the people he'd fought the aforementioned dragons with and helped her escape from stormtroopers, fought a strange fairy in the middle of the ocean, and eventually sailed into this hellhole of a 'verse looking for a traitorous monster hunter.
There wasn't any way in hell he still had his pocket change after all that.
Of course, there were other ways to get a Pepsi. Harry found a seat far away from anything that his magic could break, since he foresaw his emotions getting the best of him, and focused on an ice-cold can of Pepsi. Three minutes later, nothing much had happened on the island, and he was holding his refreshment. He popped the tab and lifted it towards the screen in silent salute, dividing his attention between door and screen. Honestly? He needed this kind of calm. No fairies with muskets out for his blood. No stormtroopers. No necromancers. No dragons. Once this damn bloodsport ended and Mickey, Samus, and Erza could be there with him, instead of on that damned island, then he'd be somewhere close to getting some semblance of a normal life in this crazy Omniverse.
A normal life where he was friends with a space bounty hunter and Mickey Mouse.
Sometimes, Harry wondered if he didn't just hit his head and fall into a coma or something. Particularly whenever he put his situation here into words.
