Nealaphh has a pretty long history, and is basically my oldest OC. He first became a thing when I kept seeing this weird creature in my dreams, and after doing some automatic writing, I determined that his name was Nealaphh. For a while, Nealaphh was just sort of this entity that I had inside my head, and as a result, I got very deep into dream theory.
As I got older, I brought Nealaphh onto the role-play scene as a sort of otherworldly agent of murder. Having developed an obsession with H.P. Lovecraft and advanced physics, I turned Nealaphh into my ideal eldritch abomination. His personality and nature has changed over time, but he's always been otherworldly, and is often a mysterious patron to other characters.
Ultimately, when the site I had him on died, I chose to bring him (now an 'it') here because I wanted to see where I could take its character next. The old role-play site I was on let us basically have UNLIMITED POWER, so putting it in a situation where it was relatively powerless seemed like an interesting character thread. I've also wanted to play a psychic character, and Nealaphh was heading in that direction anyway pre-omniverse, so I solidified it here.
