Doc throws a grappling hook attached to a rope which can go up to 10 meters.

Turn Your Back to Explosions - 300 OM

If Doc is within 2 meters of the "edge" of an explosion, he can use the force of the explosion to propel himself into the air and take no damage. However, he can only do this if he is aware of the explosion and can give it his full attention. He can propel himself forward from 1 meter to 5 meters, depending on the strength of the explosion.

Note: Please include the Proficiencies/Powers you'll utilize for your moves from now on.

Grappling Hook: I know it should be obvious, but what is the function of this? Does he attack with it? Or is it for transpiration sake? Can he reel enemies in with it? What's the size of it?

Turn Your Back to Explosions: This will require the Super Jumping power. With that, uhm, approved at 300 OM I guess >.>
