I kinda asked in a pm but does the entire group need to submit an alliance request when it is made or just the person moving? We did the first one and its late now but I'd still like to know

Depends on the alliance. If you were picking someone up, just the moving person is fine, but if you're moving to another group, all parties must consent.

@Sasuke - 8 hours OOC or the end of the phase, whichever is shorter. It also ends if you decide to move.
