Game Mechanic Questions

Alright so I've been compiling a little list of game mechanic questions/observations I've thought of since I joined up. A lot of these I think I already know the answers to, but I'd like confirmation or clarification. Thanks!


1 - I know that adding disadvantages to normal moves makes them more powerful or useful. I.E. putting in a chargeup time makes a move hit harder, or adding area of effect makes it not hit as hard. Is there any point in putting in disadvantages to super moves considering they all run off the same mechanics when they clash with other super moves? From my understanding all super moves (excluding utility moves) are roughly around the the same "strength" and the only difference between them are RP differences.

2 - Can burst movement be used in other ways than just dashing? Could you use it to punch faster than you normally could or maybe activate it and kick off someone to do more damage?

3 - Can you use integration to integrate yourself into a liquid? Such as integrating into a stream and reforming miles downstream? If that is the case could you carry a vial of water on your person at all times and effectively use it as a poor man's disassemble?

4 - I know mimic can allow you to copy powers as well, but could you mimic weird powers like survival and telepathy?

5 - What happens if you use disassemble and your constituent pieces get scattered far away? Could someone use a jar and gather up a chunk of you to stop you from reforming?

6 - It says that using phasing for too long will force you to pass out, I'm assuming you are automatically kicked out of phasing if you lose consciousness?

7 - If I activate phasing and them occupy the same place as someone/something and turn phasing off what happens?

8 - Does enhanced senses/ foresight work if you are blinded/deafened? Furthermore does having suppression stop someone from predicting your moves with foresight?

9 - It says that regen is more effective the higher DEF you have, but than it says that the conversion rate is 1 sp per 1 dmg would having high DEF increase this rate or no?

Sorry if any of these are answered in the rules, I did a re-read-through of the rules and think most of these are unanswered.
