Speedsters and Stormtroopers

When Sisco arrived at the Flash HQ, I had finished creating the second floor. "BARRY! BARRY!" Sisco shouted. "WHAT, WHAT?!" I replied, also shouting. "I think I'm starting to get powers! My contact with the particle accelerator before the explosion must have given me powers, like you!" Sisco said, freaking out. "I keep feeling vibrations, and windows are breaking with no point of impact...I don't know how to control these powers..." Sisco was practically going into hysterics. "Calm down, Sisco, buddy..." I said. "I can train you to use these powers, like how you taught me to use my powers..." I then added. "...You mean by creating a task in a makeshift training area...?" Sisco asked. "Even better. I have a training hall upstairs." I responded. We took an elevator, heading up to the second floor. There appeared to be the training hall and a currently empty medical room. "The medical bay will be made later." I said. "Now let's get training, shall we?"

Sisco started with trying to control his powers in melee, by vibrating his fist and making it hit the opponent's face multiple times. He did this with a punching bag, and he eventually vibrated through it, creating a hole.

He then started trying to manipulate vibrations at range, breaking apart glass targets from afar.

Half-baked training montages without a link to a song or lyrics in the dividers ROCK!

He then used his vibrating powers to break increasingly stronger materials. First is glass, then wood, then stone. The pattern repeated twice more.

Before you hate due to my half-baked training montage, just know that I am probably gonna do this often with training hero metahumans.

He then ran up and down the fire exit stairs over and over.

Montage endings mean event beginnings!

Sisco stopped the training, having okay control of his powers now. "Hey, I think I can manipulate my powers good now!" Sisco said gleefully. "Now, you have to get the super suit going. I happen to have created some more of that alloy thingy you made for my suit." I said, a pile of cloth in the background. I created a sewing machine and let Sisco get to work.

Two hours later, he finished the suit, and all he needed was a mask. Cool black gloves with a gold color rim just past the wrist, a short-sleeved, black shirt with a black leather jacket over it and gold color plating on the shirt, and black jeans with a red stripe on either side. I created a finishing bit; sunglasses that fit the color scheme and obscure his eyes entirely.

Sisco smiled. "Alright, this thing is done!" Sisco said, happy. "Now, all we need is a name..." I said. "I work with vibrations...How about Vibe?" Sisco replied. "BRILLIANT!" I shouted. I set up a suit rack and put the Vibe suit on it. "Alright, 'Vibe,' wanna go grab a pizza?" I then asked Sisco. "Sure, 'Flash,' but only in our secret identities..." We both laughed. Since we were both in our secret identity outfits and such, we set off, towards the pizza place.
