It wasn't until Desco hopped off the bed that Erza noticed the tail and the creepy-ass yellow demon eyes covering Desco's entire body. "Not sure how I missed THAT..." She muttered to herself. It was still a pretty innocent-seeming little girl otherwise, though, so Erza elected to simply try and ignore the eyes. It was hard, though... they were watching her...
"Who is this Guu? Friend of yours?"
Desco's previously-emotionless face lit up just barely enough for Erza to notice. "Yep! Guu and Desco are good friends. She's also a dictator!"
"A dictator, you say?" Her eyebrows shot up in disbelief. "Well, I guess I don't have anything better to do." The oddly-matched pair, one covered in armor, the other in eyes, quietly made their way back to the entrance of the {31-40} hall, Erza taking special care not to let her armor clink too much as they passed Room 35. "Were you around for the... Ah, spectacle, with that one?" She gestured backwards, allowing herself to return to a more comfortable walking and speech pattern as they passed her own room again.
"Nope! Desco got here after it did and saw people cleaning, but missed all the fun." Desco continued out of the hallway and back into the bigger, lobby-like room by the entrance to the barracks. "Guu! Desco's here!" Erza watched her go as she lagged behind, stopping to lean against the wall beside the entrance to the hallway. She crossed her arms, and shook her head, a deep smile returning to her face. "Fun? She's a strange one all right. Something about her was still... Intriguing, though. Erza was soon forced to leave her temporary perch as the relatively short Desco was beginning to immerse herself in the crowd, and she didn't really feel like having to go through that again today.
