(Pre-Show) The Park

[Violet]

Frozen in confusion and just a little fear, Violet watched as the kid bounded off towards the gigantic bird. She wasn’t too keen on his suggestion of investigating. Just looking at the thing made her nervous as hell, and she really didn’t want to get close to it. It was big enough to eat her, or at least gnaw on her, and she was not down for something like that. Nope.

“It’s been good chatting with ya kid, but I think I’ll pass on this one.” Her gaze never left the creature as she slowly made her way back over to the park entrance. She just wanted to get far, far away from this thing before it goes apeshit.

“It’s okay,” he tossed a grin over his shoulder just for her. “If you’re afraid, I’ll protect you.”

“Yes, because a few seconds to think while it chomps on you first sure is comforting.” She waved at him and walked away. “I’ll be in the dojo if you want to come chat later. I’ve got to go take care of something.”
