If we're interested in allying with an NPC, should we include something like the following in our movement PMs:
"Oh, and if Mickey runs into [insert NPC here], he would be interested in an alliance."
Obviously you'd have to judge if the NPC would also be interested in allying with us. Or is allying with NPCs simply a no-go?
