Speedsters and Stormtroopers

Noting it was nighttime, I decided to go on one more patrol for Laura and her husband before heading home. I started running around the tier, looking for them. Surely enough, I found Laura and Armstrong in a tunnel that was lit from the walls. "Stop!" I said, halting the car. Laura teleported behind me and kicked me. I turned around, but she just teleported again. I noted the lights around the area. If I get rid of those...Laura won't be able to teleport. I thought. I then ran towards the lights, starting to take them out. It started getting darker. She teleported into her car, turning on the light, and started driving again. I halted Laura and Armstrong's car again, and she teleported out, attacking me with a swift kick. I continued knocking out the lights, until the last one that was on was in the car. I broke through the windshield and broke the light, before knocking out both of our breakout stars.

I then left the area, turning Armstrong in to the Stormtroopers and personally capturing Laura, the teleporting metahuman, in the cages in my HQ. "Woo...What a rough day..." I said, turning towards Sisco. "I had to deal with a drunk Caitlin, a group of robbers, Captain Cold, and Laura." I then started to rush back to the hotel, to finally go to sleep for the night.
