Heaven Nor Hell

"I will not go alone." The words repeated in Hellboy's head as he gasped awake, his left hand clutching to his chest while his giant red stoned hand smashed the white ground. The area around his was a landscape of white a near endless abyss of plain white with objects in circling around the blank verse. Hellboy forced himself up to his feet and gave a long look around, noticing a large stone like door beside him near a fountain. The door resembled the same door that was used to free Ogdru Jahad, luckily this one was fake and it would be impossible for it to be still alive.

"We're not in Kansas anymore." Hellboy paced a few steps forward before stumbling back to the ground. It was going to take some time to get his bearings straight, not every day you wake up in weird places. Scratch that it has always been Hellboy's job to go to weird and supernatural places and kick the ass out of whoever or whatever it is trying to kill or hurt humans. That doesn't really bother Red though humans have never really disliked him. Mainly due to being around those who weren't bothered by his devilish appearance.

Hellboy forced himself back up once more "Welp this is definitely not Hell nor is this heaven, hmm, smiley face said that I'm not alone in this dump, better go find some new friends."

HB pocketed both of his hands in his large trench coat pockets his face cringed and turned into a displeased face.

"Son of a bitch!" His gruff voice echoed through  the verse "Mr. Omni dude stealing my charms and my other bullets, and what does he do, replace it with a damn rainbow orb." He mumbled pulling out the orb to study it and placed it back in his coat pocket "Heh at least I still have the Samaritan."

Red tilted his head towards the sky a small breeze blew past him making his trench coat flap up and down. it seems like this verse is just the beginning of what might be a long adventure.

"I swear smiley face your going to answer me those questions and take me back  home."  His words were nothing more, but a whisper. Hellboy began to press forward with his study of the place. "Hmm, those object in the distance must be a form of a portal, starting to wish Abe was here, fishhead seemed to know what was always going on." Hellboy squinted his eyes looking in the far distance at one of the portal structures. It seemed to have a two palm trees bending to each other, for some complex reason to make a portal, it was most likely Omni's or some supernatural that created it.

"Huh is that palm trees I see, guess mister large grin likes to relax on vacation too. Welp time to get my sorry ass movin."

Hellboy pulled out a cigar from his coat pocket and let it puffing tobacco smoke in his trail.

"Looks like sandy beaches and beer for a while, I just hope it doesn't end up like last time."
