Speedsters and Stormtroopers

I, being tired for the day, decided to go back to my hotel room and sleep. The problem was...I heard gunshots outside, and they weren't from Snart or the Stormtroopers. I rushed outside, re-equipping my mask, to find a man carrying a smoking pistol, and a dead Stormtrooper at his feet. "Oh boy, a criminal." I said. "Not just a criminal..." The man replied. He transformed into the Stormtrooper he just killed. He then started firing at me. The other Stormtroopers knew something was up. They knew that this unknown speedster was a hero.

I dodged a few gunshots, and went to do close-range combat. The villain kneed me in the gut and gave me an uppercut, knocking me down. He then started transforming into random citizens, getting lost in the crowd. "...He got away." I said. "Until he is captured, dead or alive, trust no one..." I then went back upstairs, and proceeded to go to sleep.
