Speedsters and Stormtroopers

Barely dodging a few walls on his way, I continued my search for crooks and, nearly entering Tier 2, I found one. A common thief, with a sack of cash, unarmed. "STOP!" I said, ready to face him if he attacked. He did, going for a swift punch, which I dodged. At least it's action... I thought to myself. I pulled two quick punches, followed by a kick. The robber fell down, but got up. "Who are you...?" The robber asked. "I'm...The Flash!" I replied, delivering a good running kick and knocking the robber into a wall. I then threw him out to the Stormtroopers, telling them of the robbery, before returning the cash to the person in the building and running off, other direction this time, expecting this place to have a lot of crime.
