Your history is very nice! Love it.
For your moves you would need a move for the Daggers themselves so you can use them.
So instead of Dagger Slash it would just be daggers and you would write a description for them
For Dagger Dash, you could already dash and use your daggers effectively so this wouldn't need to be a move, however if you wish to make a more powerful slash you would need to make a move with a charge time.
Otherwise, very cool character.
