Harry knelt on the sand, feeling the particles irritate his fresh burn, but he kept his blasting rod trained on Mami until the girl collapsed. For his part, the wizard was just about spent, but he'd have a few more hours until he hit his wall, so long as he didn't get into another fight like this one. There hadn't been much option but to throw around magic like it had been going out of style, and he was certainly feeling the effort. Thankfully, his opponent was more tired than he was, and Harry pocketed his blasting rod, retrieved his staff, and forced himself upright, and walked to the other side of the island and into the water, focusing on the image of the little sailboat he'd deconstructed earlier. It was the work of several minutes' summoning, but he soon had the sailboat back. Too spent to work a wind spell, he wet a finger and tested the wind, orienting the boat to catch a decent breeze eastward. Once again ignoring fairly every rule of sailing, the wizard distributed his weight in the middle of the tiny craft, laid down, and fell asleep, leaving a significantly charred island and an unconscious magical girl behind him.
