If Moves don't actually affect F2F, what about Powers? Survival, for instance, significantly deters the disadvantage for having damage taken allowing you to fight at full strength until you've died.

Its been said more than once when people approved something they can't use that they can't buy it until they can use it and it IS in the rules.

And you've made it a rule that they couldn't buy the super move during DA as you can't buy anything during DA.

Line 1 - True. I'd consider this an exception.

Line 2 - Correct. They'd would have to have it lined up before hand.
