Everything looks good, just need some more info on the below:
Stunning Spell - does this knock the user back or interrupt them or something? I see it has blunt force trauma but I'd like a little more clarification on the effect please.
Stunning Attack - if this isn't very draining, has little charge and can be activated quickly, the actual effect is going to be pretty weak, just so you know.
Shield Charm - similar comments to Stunning Attack.
