First off I like what you did with your history leaving it off to RP but you cannot change the introduction at all so if you wanted to quote that you have to use it word for word.
Kunai and Shurikin- How many can you throw at a time? Also this move will be 600 for throwing Kunai and the Shuriken but if you want to be able to use Kunai in close range that would be another 300 OM.
Edit: After some thought Kunai and Shurikin would be 300 if they both did the exact same thing. However you will still need another 300 OM to use in in hand to hand combat.
