Daemon and the Devout

[Mako]

Mako had been left stunned, simply watching the fight between Zero, the girl, and the bearded man. The fight was amazing! Beams firing and stuff being deflected! Mako even wondered if she could ever shoot beams out. Laser eyes? Mako imagined herself firing laser beams out of her eyes, it would indeed be amazing!

"Wow, the Milkman's playground seems amazing! I wonder if Ryuko would want to be here? Actually is Ryuko here!? I hope she has her outfit, I think that she would be lonely without it. Maybe I should start talking to my outfit? Hm, I would need a name for it to. What name would go great with my outfit?" Mako wondered to herself, her thoughts were taking her attention away from the fight that was happening several feet away from her.

The stomping of feet took Mako out of her daydream and soon enough people donning weird outfits had surrounded the bearded man, Zero, and the demon girl. "Ryuko I think they're in trouble." Mako muttered out to herself, only to realize that she was in the Milkman's playground still. Mako slowly moved back, trying to not make any drastic movement that would try attention to herself after all those people seemed like they had guns? Mako stared at the guns for a second before turning her attention back to her moped laying on the ground. She picked her moped up only to hear firing behind her.

Mako quickly spun her head around to see several of the oddly dressed people running around the huge creature, Mako wondered why they were running though. Nevertheless, Mako hooped on her moped and started it up. Soon she was off, leaving behind Zero and the girl.
