Bruce took a break, his body was in worse shape than he initially thought. Not only did his fingers feel like they were on fire, his shoulder was killing him. Those fairies did a number on him back then. He decided to sit down against a rock, catching his breath and returned to tending to his weapons. Many batarangs were lost in that previous battle, so did his containers and smoke balls. Each and every one of these items required attention and dedication to get them right. Especially with Omnilium.
After resupplying his arsenal he grabbed a ration from his bag and started eating. Even though it hurt like hell he needed to retain what little strength he had left. While enjoying one of his last rations he grabbed his tablet. He started watching the fight that was going in the colluseum. His former teammate Enel was there fighting the same chump that he faced when he first got to the island. But now he was able to see Enel in action, he could see what a god was capable of within the omniverse.
And it did not disappoint. The attacks coming from him were very impressive to say the least, he wasn't bluffing after all. Bruce took another bite from his ration as he continued to watch. It seemed his partner went all out against them, not holding back punches, good. He needed to get out of that place alive. It seems the battle of dante's abyss wasn't over yet. After finishing his ration and getting enough liquid in his body, he got back up. He closed the Tablet, he knew Enel would be fine, he just had to have faith in the god. heh, almost as if he started believing in god. Better not let Enel find out or he will never let Bruce hear the end of it.
