Hi there!
About your move, it would be better if you made a move for the claws itself rather than a slashing motion. It would make things a lot easier. Also we don't do "Armor"(We instead use DEF) here in the Omniverse so the penetrating armor thing wouldn't work so well.
You should also make a separate move for the bleeding effect but at the moment this move would need much larger downsides and would need the debuff proficiency for this move.
