Incorrect Luffy. You are watching the Daily Vote counter and thus, Caira couldn't vote there as the post was less than 24 hours later. But you can vote every 12 hours, on the other site and voting on just one site is a valid vote.
And neither could Sasuke's vote.
Which is made more complicated by the fact that some of us 'can' vote for the daily site twice a day if we wanted by using two IP addresses. For me, that would be my phone and my computer.
