That's fine, I thought for some reason that you were literally running in a circle around someone, hence the super suggestion.
Also, I can see "Ryu needs a good 20 seconds after the attack is performed [...]" (i.e. the length of the balance loss), but not how long he actually attacks like that for.
And, you might want to also add how quick he can move in one direction, if he's basically spinning.
