Other people writing your character in fights is something to be expected and not something you can really avoid. Especially when it comes to trying to maintain rich and dynamic posts.
Perhaps, you should make sure your roster is up to stuff so other people won't "fuck up" writing Cassie. Or, if that's not enough, make yourself available so they can ask you what she'd say/do while writing their posts - reach an agreement of sorts. And if someone posts and you have an issue with something afterwards, they can edit.
As per the rules, people need to seek your approval for writing her dialogue and stuff where possible, should you wish - e.g. by running the lines through you or asking you to supply them. But, in fights, they can write your character in their posts. They'll either do it on their own, or they can try to do it with you.
No one is going to willingly write a fight where one participant is just blankly staring into space for periods of time. If you don't like that, I suggest you remove your character from this fight, or work to find a compromise that suits all participants.
