Hello and welcome to the Omniverse! I have a few things to point out on your joining form here, hopefully we can work through it together and get you approved quickly!
First off: You've gone over the 5,000 OM spending limit. I've gone over your moves below and priced them, so you can adjust your form as needed.
Secondly, under your Proficiencies listing: Debuff costs 1000 OM, not 400.
These two are good. I gave them separate names and prices since you didn't, please look at the Moves rules so you know how to write moves in the future.
This appears to be just an explanation for Cassie's Burst Movement power/SPD stat, so it's not necessary to buy it as a move.

This isn't possible without the Enhanced Senses power, which you cannot afford considering the rest of your app. Furthermore, a self-buff of +2 SPD is not permitted by the Omniverse rules without a transformation.

Cassie's crossbow fires bolts of a magic alloy infused metal that can pierce through any material (dependent upon the DEF of her target) save magic or energy shields. The bolts travel about 100 or so feet and have a single shot firing rate of about one second after a bolt is launched. Cassie has a 10 round magazine and her bow can only fire one bolt at a time.
Gust Bolt (Requires: Ranged Proficiency) - 300 OM
Cassie fires a special red tipped bolt that pushes the enemy back about 40 or so feet. The bolt itself does the same amount of damage as one of Cassie's regular bolts and has the same properties but a different appearance.
