First of all, please list the proficiencies and powers used for each of your Moves.
Ice Shard
It might be helpful to go through this checklist. At minimum, you'll also want to mention 1) projectile speed, 2) rate of fire, 3) accuracy, 4) range, 5) casting time and 6) effort "cost" (We usually accept generic qualifiers, from "little to no effort" to "massive effort").
Barrier of Ice
Same as Ice Shard. If you'd like, here's a very similar Move: scroll down until you see Great Wall of Ice.
