Only for foddery roleplay stuff. So getting a sick gaming rig or super hacker setup.
You can't fuse two guns together to get a stronger gun, or two swords together to get a stronger sword. Etc. Unless there were some additional drawbacks involved. (And, naturally, combat applications like that would need a move.)
