No.
So a bow that can be fired normally, or charged up for 5 more seconds would cost the same as a bow that could be fired normally, or charged any extra amount of time up to 5 seconds.
Is a maximum charge-time needed?
-> If yes, could said max time be based on stats?
-> -> If no, could a separate move be used to initiate a extra overcharged version, without it being a Super Attack?
