The Moby Morpher, or Shroud of Shadows would be useful because he could not afford any of the raids that he had planned, at least paying for it financially, at present. Given every bit of Omnilium was going to be saved by Jack until he could afford major projects, Jack was going to have to resort to raiding scrapyards, probably, or something. While he was "evil" Jack knew he was not going to put himself at a senseless risk, like ticking off the white armor clad troopers. Since he did not know what they were capable of and didn't possess any means of researching it, because he could not access the internet here, Jack was not in a good mood at present. Really he needed to make sure that he had the equipment he needed. For starters he was going to eventually build himself a car of his own that he could use. Actually, not a car. A Truck would be better. A heavy truck would be the best because not only would it possess cargo-space, but it would also possess room for him to trick out the truck. There were many options that he could equip the truck with. Plasma Cannons were a good option because the vehicle could possess the firepower he needed, if he had that. Missile launchers were also a good option, because of the ranged option. Maybe a Force Field Generator of some sort would be a useful addition to the car. The "Glass" of the Vehicle was going to be made to be bullet proof and have a high amount of durability. Really Jack wished he had Titanium or something along those lines that he could use for the chassis of the car because it was going to need to be more durable than most of the cars out there.
Anti Gravity Technology was also an option he wanted to explore so that he could build the truck to where it could fly. What? Jack was a genius and wanted his technology to be perfected so he could use it to serve his purposes. His truck might also serve as a good mobile command center should he need the option of it. All he had to do was figure out how he was possibly going to scavenge the resources needed to build himself a base of operations that could be mobile, should he need it. Maybe there would be some abandoned spaceships, or a junkyard on Coruscant that he could salvage for components.
Jack's eyes lit for a moment as he realized that he needed to be prepared. A silver wrist-band had appeared on Jack's hand. The wristband looked like it was ancient technology of some sort. How he got this, Jack didn't know, but he was going to figure out what it could do in regards to allowing himself the skills he presently lacked. While he was good at machinery, and robotics, when it came to athletics, his skills left a lot to be desired. Here he had no choice but to change that, if he were to survive.
