Since being able to sell back purchases you've not used has been a more-or-less de facto rule for some time, I thought I'd cut out the approval requirement for less staff approval required. New text in updates.php:
"You may sell back purchases for in return for half of the OM you paid for them. Full refunds will be granted on any non-consumables that have been purchased in the last week, and you do not need approval for this - if you do not meet the criteria, you may also make your case on the Help Desk and we may approve a full refund. To do so, use this form:"
