DOM - Iron Body is a technique Jack Spicer can use via his Ferrokinetic abilities to create a metal shell around his body. The shell lasts about 10 seconds. You can't block *all* damage. Just most at best. Also, you can't make a shield strong against certain types of attacks - making it weak against energy attacks would be an IC choice and isn't considered to be a drawback in the Omniverse.
Anyway, can he move or do anything while creating the shield? Can he do anything after the shield has been created?
This move would cost 300 OM and need area defense.
