A helmet Jack Spicer made that is made out of an almost invisible plastic - and circuitry. The helmet blocks any foul odors and biological weapons from being used on Jack Spicer. It also nullifies sleeping gas, and other similar knock out techniques  of the airborne persuasion. It also acts as a HUD and a Communicator / Mobile Dataverse Device for Jack Spicer. Takes him about 5 seconds to materialize. It can also be used to head butt an opponent. The helmet lasts ten seconds. In addition, it also "Debuffs" Jack in that he will be short of breath and unable to use any of his moves for 10 seconds once he has taken off the helmet. Ferrokinesis (requires Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Remote-Control Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Debuff) – 900 OM??? 

Jack has the power to control metal at will, creating an expanding or shrinking field or tendril of metal that can fill a space of around thirty square meters. This allows Jack to manipulate projectiles that are headed his way, such as bullets or arrows, but not ones without physical substance such as lasers, fireballs, etc. This also allows him to use metal on his person to create whips that he can use to throttle an opponent, or to climb things. It also allows him to create throwing stars he can hurl at an opponent, or use metal in a variety of other ways. Mostly, it's just a utility move for him.

Helmet:
>I'd cut down on the drawbacks here. Just "X seconds to make a helmet. Lasts for Y seconds." Makes it simpler and easier.

Ferrokinesis:
>Plucking bullets out of the air and getting complete control over them is going to need telekinesis (and doesn't need an accompanying move, unless you wish to make it easier). If you wish to only use telekinesis on metal stuff, you can choose to do that.
>For Ferrokinesis, you'll need to be a bit more specific about what you wish to do with it. Maybe make different moves. Like one for whip-like things. Another for throwing stars, etc.
