You could get a ranged control move to control it remotely.
To ride inside, you could either make that a variant of the move (but may need area defense to hide inside from attacks). But, while riding the car it would be limited to your speed (or double your speed if you get superspeed). Alternatively, you could get a powerup/powered-up form or an alt form for being in a car.
Weapons, you can just add one by one as move variants.
